Dr. Breeden (Chris) is a United States trained Clinical Psychologist. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.,) from Alliant International University (California School of Professional Psychology).
Chris has over 20 years of professional experience across diverse mental health settings.

Recent Practice: Clinical Psychologist at Te Rawhiti Community Mental Health Service (CMHS), Highland Park (from 2008-2024); At Te Rawhiti Chris provided assessment, psychology treatment to individuals, and she co-facilitated many treatment groups. These included the “Dealing with Distress” Course, CBT-based Anxiety and Depression Courses, and ongoing rotations of the DBT-based Skills Groups (including the DBT Skills “Day Group” at Te Rawhiti, and the Counties Wide DBT “After Hours” Skills Group, held at the Manukau office. She also trained in and co-facilitated and multiple rotations of the DBT “Family Connections Group.”

Fees
Chris’s fees vary depending on the services provided. A standard session of 50 minutes for an individual is $200 (bank transfer to be paid on the day of your appointment).
